These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the GulabiSa website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

This website and online store are operated by GulabiSa.

GulabiSa sells products directly to customers through its website. Our store is powered by Shopify.

We do not currently publish a physical business address on our website.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

Anyone may place an order through the GulabiSa website.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you have the authority to use the payment method provided.

PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements, and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, actual product colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and other factors.

Because our products use block-printing and textile processes, slight variations in colour, print placement, texture, or finishing may occur. Such variations are natural characteristics of the products and are not considered manufacturing defects.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Our current stock includes one-of-a-kind designs. Some products may be limited edition and may never be restocked.

GulabiSa does not guarantee that an out-of-stock product will become available again.

Customers may contact us to ask about possible restocks.

We currently do not offer pre-orders or product customisation/personalisation.

PRICING

All product prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

GulabiSa reserves the right to change product prices, offers, discounts, or promotional terms at any time.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

GulabiSa is currently not registered for GST. We will update our pricing, invoicing, and website information if our tax-registration status changes.

OFFERS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional offers and discount codes may be announced on the GulabiSa website or social media channels.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one discount code may be used per order.

Discount codes may have additional conditions, expiry dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or other restrictions where stated.

GulabiSa reserves the right to withdraw or modify an offer where permitted by applicable law.

PAYMENTS

GulabiSa currently accepts:

• UPI
• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Net banking

Cash on Delivery is not available.

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

If a payment is unsuccessful but an amount has been debited from your account, please contact us with the relevant transaction details so that we can assist you.

ORDERS

Customers may place orders without creating an account.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, email address, billing details, and shipping address.

An order confirmation will be sent through WhatsApp or SMS using the contact information provided during checkout.

An invoice will be included with the shipment.

ORDER CHANGES

Orders cannot be modified after they have been placed.

If you need to change a product, quantity, address, or other order detail, you may request cancellation before dispatch and place a new order.

Cancellation requests are subject to the cancellation terms below.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund through the original payment method.

SHIPPING

GulabiSa currently ships across India.

International shipping is not currently available.

Orders are processed and dispatched on the same business day after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is:

• Metro cities: 4–6 business days
• Rest of India: 6–8 business days

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by weather, public holidays, operational delays, remote locations, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Orders are currently shipped through India Post Speed Post. GulabiSa may use additional courier partners in the future.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Prepaid orders above ₹699 qualify for free shipping.

Orders below ₹699 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

DELIVERY & TRACKING

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via WhatsApp using the mobile number provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.

If an order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeline, customers may contact GulabiSa via WhatsApp or email. We will assist in checking the shipment status with the relevant courier.

If tracking shows that a parcel has been delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer should contact GulabiSa so that we can investigate the matter with India Post.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in the parcel being returned to GulabiSa (RTO — Return to Origin), the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued after deducting applicable forward and/or return shipping charges.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED DELIVERIES

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, customers should contact GulabiSa within 24–48 hours of delivery.

To process a damage claim, customers may be required to provide:

• Clear photographs of the damaged product.
• Photographs of the outer packaging.
• A complete unboxing video showing the unopened package, the opening process, and the damaged product.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in eligible circumstances, including:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
• A size-related exchange applies to a future product where sizing is relevant.

All return and exchange requests are subject to verification by GulabiSa.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS & SITUATIONS

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Products that have been used or washed.
• Products without original tags.
• Customised or personalised products.
• Hygiene or intimate wear products.
• Gift cards.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidental damage.
• Change of mind.
• Personal preference.
• Colour expectations.

Natural variations in colour, print placement, texture, or finishing resulting from the block-printing and textile process are not considered manufacturing defects.

EXCHANGES

Eligible products may be exchanged depending on stock availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, GulabiSa may offer store credit or a refund, as applicable.

Where a size-related exchange is applicable, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

GulabiSa will bear the return shipping cost where the wrong product was delivered or where a manufacturing defect has been verified.

REFUNDS

Once an eligible returned product has been received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refunded amount.

PRODUCT CARE

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided for their products.

For GulabiSa’s current 100% cotton block-printed products, recommended care includes:

• Gentle hand wash separately in cold water.
• Do not bleach.
• Line dry in shade.
• Iron on low if needed.
• Natural dyes may cause minor colour bleeding initially.

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, washing contrary to the recommended instructions, or accidental damage is not considered a manufacturing defect.

REVIEWS & USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Customers may be invited to submit product reviews, photographs, or other content.

By submitting content, you confirm that the content is truthful to the best of your knowledge, does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights, and does not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate material.

GulabiSa may display submitted reviews on its website.

With appropriate permission, GulabiSa may also use customer-submitted reviews or photographs for social media, marketing, or promotional purposes.

GulabiSa reserves the right to remove or decline to publish content that is abusive, misleading, spam, unlawful, unrelated, or otherwise inappropriate.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the GulabiSa website, including brand names, logos, product photographs, graphics, text, designs, illustrations, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to GulabiSa unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit GulabiSa content without prior written permission.

WEBSITE USE

You agree not to use the GulabiSa website:

• For unlawful purposes.
• To interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• To attempt unauthorised access to our systems or accounts.

ERRORS & WEBSITE INFORMATION

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GulabiSa will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

FORCE MAJEURE

GulabiSa will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, public emergencies, government restrictions, strikes, courier disruptions, technical failures, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented or anticipated.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, legal requirements, or other operational needs.

The updated version will be published on this website with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes will apply to orders placed after the revised Terms become effective.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory rights, remedies, or forums available to consumers under applicable law, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your transactions with GulabiSa.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to take away or restrict any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Indian law.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
